A third generation Annapolitan, Susan intimately knows her cherished city and surrounding areas, where she has grown up and raised a family. An active parent, Susan has been involved in a wide range of schools including Annapolis High School IB Program, Indian Creek School, St. Anne’s School, St. Andrews School, and The Key School. Susan is a graduate of Severn School in Severna Park, where she met her husband, and St. Mary’s College in Southern Maryland, where she was a four-year member of the nationally ranked sailing team. Susan has remained active in the sailing community, both locally and internationally.

Susan has renovated and maintained multiple properties, as an owner, landlord and property manager; experience her friends and clients have appreciated. Susan has worked with Buyers and Sellers of all types, from first time buyers to luxury waterfront transactions. With 25 years of success in sales and her local knowledge of the market and a head for business, Susan provides her clients with a combination of real life experience, common sense, and a genuine passion for real estate.
